JULIE'S TAPES
Video tapes made by a prophet named Julie Diana document her thoughts, her life story and her mental decline as she navigates the months leading up to her death. She is being hunted down by a corrupt Heavenbound angelic war strategist named Osiris Lux. He wants to kill and resurrect prophets from the dead to be used as indestructible weapons in the battle between Heaven and Hell, and she is next.
In this world, prophets (referred to as Uncommon Mortals) have the ability to hear the voices of the afterlife through static TV channels and static radio stations.

She resides in an abandoned bomb shelter with nothing but a couple TVs to keep her company. Her only connection to the outside world is through Nuclear Radio, a radio station/TV channel that sends telepathic messages to prophets, letting them know who Osiris has recently killed and who is next.
